Official Cooperation between the University Hospital, the University of Liege (Ulg) and the University Pham Ngoc Thach of HCMC (February 2006)

To make official the partnership established since late 2003, in February 2006, a Vietnamese high dignitary delegation, under the supervision of Dr Nguyen The Dung, Director of the Health Care Service of HCMC and Professor Nguyen The Hiep, Rector of the CUF, went to Liege to sign an agreement for the official cooperation between the University of Liege, the University Hospital of Sart Tilman and the University Pham Ngoc Thach of Ho Chi Minh City.

Signed at the Castle of Colonster in the presence of Professor B. Rentier, Rector of the ULg, Professor G. Moonen, Dean of Medical School of ULg and the authorities of the University Hospital of Sart Tilman, this agreement defines the terms and fields of application of a cooperation with regard to the university medical training between the various institutions involved.
