In October of 2006, Wellness Global Foundation’s Health Day occurred in the remote village of Cam Duong, Vietnam. The day was sponsored WGF, as well as the Hospital Hung Vuong and the local Red Cross. 12 doctors from Hospital Hung Vuong armed with large amounts of medical equipment and medicine traveled by bus to the rural location in order to provide primary medical care to remote villages.

Doctors from Ho Chi Minh City volunteered their time to make the Health Day a success. With assistance from the Red Cross, over 650 residents of small nearby villages were able to attend the event. Because of the generosity of Wellness Global Foundation's friends, antibiotics, prescription drugs, over the counter medications, and vitamins were able to be purchased and distributors to the attendees.

Health Day 2006 included an address by the head of the local Red Cross and was a great success because it provided the opportunity for many in Vietnam without regular access to healthcare to receive personal care and medications.
