| Kim Behan Executive Director: America
Kim graduated with a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the
University of Colorado in Boulder and worked as a software engineer with Bell
Laboratories and its affiliates for more than 28 years. During her career, she
was involved in the design and implementation of voice telephony and data
applications. She recently retired from her work to devote her full-time effort
towards helping the poor and underprivileged people of the world. Since 2005,
she has been involved with fundraising effort to provide rice support to the
“poorest of the poor” in the remote villages of Vietnam. She has also
implemented programs to provide financial assistance to poor and handicapped
children in various rural school districts. To broaden the scope and mission of
her work, in May 2007, she and her sister, Dr. Bui Kim Hai, co-founded Wellness
Global Foundation (WGF), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides
medical and educational assistance to the impoverished people of Vietnam. She
is a founding member of Buddhist Global Relief and during its first year served
as Chair of the Hunger Relief Committee, before retiring from her job to take
the position of BGR Executive Director. In this capacity, Kim manages
operations, hunger projects, donor relations, and fundraising efforts for
Buddhist Global Relief.

| AJ Sakaguchi Associate Director - Project Manager
Aya Jennifer Sakaguchi is a recent graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine with a double major in French and Government and Legal Studies with a minor in Africana Studies. AJ is originally from Mountain View, California where she was an intern for Assemblywoman Sally Lieber for three years. She has experience working with several non-profits, including the Center for International Policy, a think-tank for international security and policy and the Exploratorium, the museum of science, art, and human perception. At Bowdoin, AJ loved to share her love of world music. She has played in the Brazilian Music Ensemble, the Zimbabwe Music Ensemble, and the Middle Eastern Ensemble. She is native in Japanese and fluent in French. Aya is looking forward to continue learning ways to learn to connect people through culture and through foreign policy in Vietnam.

| Brittney Carroll Associate Director - Outreach Coordinator
Brittney graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies: International Relations and a minor in French. Brittney has always felt a passion for travel and a compassion for the less fortunate. She studied abroad in Brussels, Belgium which allowed her to travel much of Europe and understand EU politics. Brittney currently volunteers with the Welcome to America Project and tutors refugees with the Lost Boys of Sudan Center in her hometown of Phoenix, Az. Brittney is driven to restore the humanity of often overlooked people, such as refugees, and was excited to now join WGF in 2011 in order to channel her passion for helping others to aid the people of Vietnam.

| Cady Gifford Associate Director - Fundraising and Development Coordinator
Cady graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with a B.A. in International Studies: Managing the Global Commons and a certificate in Global Cultures. Throughout college she was shaped by her experiences with community organizing, interning at a local politician's office, and studying abroad in Brussels, Belgium. Post graduation, she went to work for the Energy Capacity Initiative in the republic of Georgia. After falling in love with the country she continued to stay while working for KfW in Georgia. Cady has always had a passion for simple, practical solutions that can vastly improve people's lives and protect the environment. When joining WGF in 2011 she became excited over WGF's thorough and diverse programs which improve Vietnamese lives.

| Dr. Dong Xuan Kisne Do Thi Expert in Agriculture
Dr Do Thi has MSc a degree in Agricultural Sciences and a PhD in Animal Breeding Sciences. She currently works as a Senior Research Fellow and International Coordinator for the Institute for Small Animal Research and Coordination Centre for Gene Conservation (KATKI- Hungary) where she specializes in the breeding of waterfowl especially geese. In the past she has worked in Vietnam studying the sustainability and effects of the introduction of Hungarian Turkey to aid Vietnam's rural development. She also has a specialty in farming management, the implementation of integrated farming systems, and poverty alleviation through guinea-fowl and family poultry breeding and rural development. Dr. Do Thi lends her expertise to the WGF team in order to expand our capabilities and mission within the agricultural sector to develop Vietnam's rural regions. Read her CV here.
